How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your Dreams Rider account, please contact us using one of the following methods:

3. Registered Mobile Number
4. Reason for Account Deletion (Optional)

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon successful verification of your request, we will permanently delete:

2. Name and contact details
3. Account login credentials
4. Saved addresses
5. Order history associated with the account
6. Other personal information stored in the account

Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained for legal, security, fraud prevention, taxation, accounting, or regulatory compliance purposes as required by applicable laws.

Retention Period

Where retention is required by law, the data may be retained for up to 90 days or for the period required under applicable regulations. After the retention period expires, the retained data will be securely deleted.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are generally processed within 7 business days after verification.
